Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments



  • If your order shows as “delivered” but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, your local postal service, or building management (if applicable).
  • If the package cannot be located, contact our support team within 7 business days of the marked delivery date at info@groei.com.
  • We are not liable for orders lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
    However, we will do our best to assist you in filing claims with the carrier if needed.




Incorrect or Incomplete Address



  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order.
  • Groeï is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If your address needs to be updated, please contact us within the appropriate time.





Split Shipments



  • Depending on inventory availability, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels from different fulfillment centers.
  • In such cases, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
